You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to your premium features until that date.
After cancellation, you won't be charged again, but you'll still have access to your purchased reports and assessment results.
Follow these simple steps:
Log in to your account - Sign in using the email address you used when purchasing your report.
Go to Account Settings - Navigate to your account dashboard and find the "Subscription" or "Billing" section.
Click "Cancel Subscription" - Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Receive confirmation - You'll get an email confirming your cancellation.
